These terms apply to your use of recruitbotnz.com, operated by Allan Paterson in Christchurch, New Zealand. By using the site you agree to them. Use of the RecruitBot NZ product by agencies is covered by a separate customer agreement.

1. Free tools and content

Our follow-up writer, checklist and guides are general information to help recruiters. Generated messages are starting points: you're responsible for reviewing anything you send and for making sure it's accurate, appropriate and lawful. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

2. Using the site

You may use the site and free tools for your own business purposes. Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it in bulk or submit spam through our forms.

3. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to us. You're welcome to use messages generated by the free writer in your own work. Please ask before republishing our guides or checklist elsewhere.

4. Pricing information

Prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. They may change, and the price that applies to you will be confirmed in your customer agreement.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that can't lawfully be excluded, although if you're in trade, the parties agree the Consumer Guarantees Act doesn't apply to the extent permitted.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. They're governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
